Well so far, I have only spoken with a Rep. Dana I enrolled just today, and with SSA just 2 months ago, So I haven't gotten anything in the mail or by other correspondence. Very helpful and informative

Staci answered all of my questions and made the enrollment easy, straightforward and very simple.

From the beginning Dana showed me a wealth of respect. He didn't talk to me like I was stupid and how come I didn't take care of this and that. He told me excatly what I qualified for and was pretty muc h SPOT ON. This team will go way out of the way to make sure No one gets left empty handed they will help you get all your intitled to.

Staci, explained what Medicare was and what it included and offered. At first I wasn't sure if I needed it, but after explaining that I could be penalized later for not enrolling in part b, I decided to enroll in it. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. I would consider her a great asset to your company! If it were up to me, I'd give her a bonus!

This is great advice for veterans. Staci give me my options and i was able to pick the best plan for me. The important factor for me was being able to keep my doctors. We found a plan where all of them were in-network.

They only discussed the cheapest plan and knew that I would not be using plan because of me vet status. Explained everything and got plan for less than 20 bucks instead of 202 bucks. Great service for Veterans

Dana Fike contacted me last year about this program that pays for veterans Medicare Part B.
I wasn’t enrolled in Part B at the time, but as soon as I was, I contacted Dana and he signed me up in minutes to get my Medicare Part B paid for by then.

Dana absolutely hit it out of the park! I had no idea that this program existed! Its going to save me almost $200 a month. Dana was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had!

Well speaking with Jeff was great as I’m brand new to the VA and Medicare station in life. He explained things and the process and it made sense. All that’s left now is to get to that day it starts and then see the numbers. I should be saving over $150 a month on my plan cost and that’s important when you’re on fixed income. As a Disabled Veteran I was needing some real clear answers on this Medicare process. The amount of offers after turning 64 is a nightmare. None of the 10lbs of junk mail had any answers for a vet using the VA healthcare system. These guys made this whole thing super easy to deal with.
